Mentorship program

Presented by

New program offered exclusively for LAWA Scholarship recipients.

The Mentorship Program is presented by Bank of America and developed in partnership with the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC) – Business Honors Program. Our goals are to connect students with volunteer community members, develop professional skills, receive guidance and support, networking opportunities, and promote professional growth.

“The best way a mentor can prepare another leader is to expose him or her to other great people.”

“Mentoring is a two-way street. The mentor gets wiser while mentoring, and the mentee gains knowledge through his/her mentor.”
